ARRIVAL
Check in is expected from 3.00 pm.
DEPARTURE
Check out is expected no later than 10.30 am. In case of early departure, the cost of the nights not spent will be charged.
DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES
To confirm your booking we can send you a link in which you can enter your credit card details from which we will take the full amount nine days before arrival. Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay and the balance nine days before arrival.
PAYMENT
Once in the facility we only accept payments by card or cash for a maximum of €200.00. Checks are not accepted. In case of payment by bank transfer, the date of receipt must be before the day of check-out.
CANCELLATIONS
Free cancellation within 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation made within 9 days before arrival will result in the total amount of the reservation being charged.
Early departure will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.
